Debbie brings international best practices, leadership and innovation in the evolving areas of social performance and corporate social responsibility. With more than twenty years experience leading communications and engagement for complex multi-stakeholder projects, Debbie has provided strategic advice to many of the province's largest resource and infrastructure projects.

Working with senior executive, field operations, government, interest groups and community members, Debbie supports organizations to assess and address potential social impacts in order to design and deliver projects that are aligned with community interests and stakeholder expectations.

An extensive background in television and print media has prepared her to lead award-winning proactive media campaigns and manage challenging, multi-agency issues. Active in community and social service, Debbie has held a variety of board positions and currently serves as the chair of the Federation for BC Youth in Care, sits on the Mayor's Task Force on Climate Change and the Women's Economic and Business Advisory Council.
