Experienced implementing successful projects and leading corporate teams in large multi-stakeholder public and private sector environments, Greg was part of the executive team that provided strategic direction for eHealth British Columbia, worked with provincial agencies on the procurement processes for Data Centre BC and Network BC and played an integral role in the successful integration and negotiation of IT services into BC's largest utility.

Greg directed and managed the overall implementation of work management, supply chain, corporate financial and customer information systems within the health and energy industries and has directed a 120 consultant practice overseeing more than 30 client sites.

Debbie Cox

Debbie brings international best practices, leadership and innovation in the evolving areas of social performance and corporate social responsibility. With more than twenty years experience leading communications and engagement for complex multi-stakeholder projects, Debbie has provided strategic advice to many of the province's largest resource and infrastructure projects.

Working with senior executive, field operations, government, interest groups and community members, Debbie supports organizations to assess and address potential social impacts in order to design and deliver projects that are aligned with community interests and stakeholder expectations.

An extensive background in television and print media has prepared her to lead award-winning proactive media campaigns and manage challenging, multi-agency issues. Active in community and social service, Debbie has held a variety of board positions and currently serves as the chair of the Federation for BC Youth in Care, sits on the Mayor's Task Force on Climate Change and the Women's Economic and Business Advisory Council.

Tony Ogmundson

Tony has thirty plus years of experience delivering information technology solutions in a variety of industries. He has been in a leadership position for the IT groups for Vancouver Coastal Health, Duke Energy-Western Canada Division, Westcoast Energy-BC Pipeline Division, AgraLink Exchange, and Natural Gas Exchange.

Tony is currently delivering a custom Salesforce application for a multi-national Legal Support Services company. With James Laurence Group, Tony has delivered solutions using SharePoint to provide collaborative team sites for use by charitable foundations, government agencies and corporate clients to connect volunteers and others in geographically diverse locations to shared documents, calendars and discussion forums. Tony holds Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 certificates in both Applications and Customization and Configuration.

Tony has been in the corporate leadership teams in start-up organizations and in the IT leadership teams for large international corporations, and has been responsible for defining business processes, roles, hiring and training staff for brand new organizations like Natural Gas Exchange and AgraLink Exchange.

 

Candace Jones

Candace works strategically with key interest groups and the public to create socially, economically and environmentally responsible projects that provide economic benefits to the community.

Passionate about supporting healthy and resilient communities, Candace continually works to ensure projects are welcome in the host communities by designing and implementing communication plans that involve transparent, fair and open engagement.

With a background in design, Candace plays a leadership role in James Laurence Group’s materials and content creation. She has supported the design and production of websites for public and private sector clients, and the development of social media strategies for charitable foundations and corporate clients.

Candace is also experienced in event coordination and was a member of a four-person event coordination team for TransLink’s Golden Ears Bridge Project Opening Celebration. This team was responsible for delivering an opening celebration event to honour the completion of a large-scale transportation infrastructure project in the Province of BC.

 

 

Diana Bulley

Diana is a driven communications professional with over twelve years experience in community program development, stakeholder and public engagement, and behaviour change marketing and promotion. 

Diana leads multidisciplinary teams to produce imaginative and effective solutions for her clients.

Her area of expertise is building healthy communities with projects focused on public health promotion, housing and homelessness, transportation, resource management, large infrastructure projects, and the arts and social justice.

A skilled facilitator excelling in dynamic environments, Diana adeptly manages multiple perspectives and fosters respectful dialogue and collaboration. Diana's passion for storytelling paired with her ability as a natural communicator positions her as an engaging presenter and exceptional writer.

Diana is the President of Ideaspace, a strategic communications and engagement firm working with government and non-profit clients providing expertise in strategic communications, community and stakeholder engagement, community relations and outreach, community-based research and behaviour change campaigns.

Laura Galloway

With over 25 years of experience in the related fields of design, advertising, customer service and printing, Laura creates unique solutions for her clients’ design and communication needs. Laura’s design approach focuses on organizing information and conveying messages in a coherent, clear and engaging style. She specializes in document layout and production, information design, corporate collateral, brand management, and public communications materials.

Blair Feltmate

An integral part of the James Laurence Group team, Blair provides strategic engagement support, writing, design, event coordination and project management.

Passionate about the role proper engagement and transparent communication can have in empowering communities and stakeholders, Blair’s aim is to produce dynamic communication materials and engagement strategies that foster productive dialogue and empower communities to make sustainable choices.

Blair has experience in project and event coordination, public comment tracking and analysis, and communications and engagement strategy with a variety of projects across industries. He has supported the delivery of knowledge transfer sessions designed to facilitate community insight into resource development, produced materials to support Collective Impact projects and implemented engagement strategy through open houses, community forums and public meetings.

In addition to project work, Blair leads business development, branding and operations for James Laurence Group.
