Tony has thirty plus years of experience delivering information technology solutions in a variety of industries. He has been in a leadership position for the IT groups for Vancouver Coastal Health, Duke Energy-Western Canada Division, Westcoast Energy-BC Pipeline Division, AgraLink Exchange, and Natural Gas Exchange.
Tony is currently delivering a custom Salesforce application for a multi-national Legal Support Services company. With James Laurence Group, Tony has delivered solutions using SharePoint to provide collaborative team sites for use by charitable foundations, government agencies and corporate clients to connect volunteers and others in geographically diverse locations to shared documents, calendars and discussion forums. Tony holds Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 certificates in both Applications and Customization and Configuration.
Tony has been in the corporate leadership teams in start-up organizations and in the IT leadership teams for large international corporations, and has been responsible for defining business processes, roles, hiring and training staff for brand new organizations like Natural Gas Exchange and AgraLink Exchange.

With a background in design, Candace plays a leadership role in James Laurence Group’s materials and content creation. She has supported the design and production of websites for public and private sector clients, and the development of social media strategies for charitable foundations and corporate clients.
Candace is also experienced in event coordination and was a member of a four-person event coordination team for TransLink’s Golden Ears Bridge Project Opening Celebration. This team was responsible for delivering an opening celebration event to honour the completion of a large-scale transportation infrastructure project in the Province of BC.

Laura’s design approach focuses on organizing information and conveying messages in a coherent, clear and engaging style. An integral part of the James Laurence Group team, Blair provides strategic engagement support, writing, design, event coordination and project management.
Passionate about the role proper engagement and transparent communication can have in empowering communities and stakeholders, Blair’s aim is to produce dynamic communication materials and engagement strategies that foster productive dialogue and empower communities to make sustainable choices.
Blair has experience in project and event coordination, public comment tracking and analysis, and communications and engagement strategy with a variety of projects across industries. He has supported the delivery of knowledge transfer sessions designed to facilitate community insight into resource development, produced materials to support Collective Impact projects and implemented engagement strategy through open houses, community forums and public meetings.
